Service Administrator – HVAC & Mechanical
Full-Time 💰 $60,000–$85,000 per year
Overview
We’re seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service department’s financial and operational workflow. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience in service administration, accounting, customer service, or a related role, and are detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations for the Service department
Process and reconcile invoices, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts
Track labor hours, material usage, and job costs
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Review and process vendor invoices with proper coding
Support month-end close activities and prepare reports
Qualifications
1+ years' experience in service administration, accounting, or related field
Knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration systems is a plus
Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
