Job Description

If you’re the person who can look at a print and instantly visualize the toolpath, this role is for you. We’re hiring a CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and quality on the shop floor.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Programming CNC mills/lathes (G‑code + CAM)

  • Setting up machines and optimizing machining processes

  • Reading blueprints/GD&T and selecting proper tooling

  • Troubleshooting machining issues and improving cycle times

  • Collaborating with machinists, engineering, and quality

What You Bring

  • CNC programming experience (mills/lathes)

  • Strong blueprint reading + GD&T

  • Setup experience and machining problem‑solving skills

  • CAM experience is a big plus
