If you’re the person who can look at a print and instantly visualize the toolpath, this role is for you. We’re hiring a CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and quality on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Working On
Programming CNC mills/lathes (G‑code + CAM)
Setting up machines and optimizing machining processes
Reading blueprints/GD&T and selecting proper tooling
Troubleshooting machining issues and improving cycle times
Collaborating with machinists, engineering, and quality
What You Bring
CNC programming experience (mills/lathes)
Strong blueprint reading + GD&T
Setup experience and machining problem‑solving skills
CAM experience is a big plus
