We’re looking for a Director of Quality to lead all quality strategy, systems, and performance across a high‑precision manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong processes, coaching teams, and driving a culture where quality is non‑negotiable.

What You’ll Lead

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company‑wide quality management system

  • Oversee quality engineering, inspection, auditing, and compliance

  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long‑term process improvements

  • Lead internal and external ISO/AS audits and maintain certifications

  • Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to ensure product integrity

  • Build and mentor a high‑performing quality team

  • Analyze quality metrics and present performance insights to senior leadership

  • Champion a culture of zero defects, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing quality management

  • Strong background in ISO/AS standards, auditing, and compliance

  • Expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality tools

  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive organizational change

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills

  • A mindset that blends big‑picture vision with hands‑on problem solving
