Position Overview -

A well-established dermatology practice in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a MOHS Surgeon to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon who enjoys a balanced clinical practice. The position offers flexibility, including part-time MOHS coverage or a full-time role split between general dermatology and MOHS.

Schedule Options

  • Part-time MOHS coverage available (e.g., consistent 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule)
  • Full-time position with approximately 50% general dermatology and 50% MOHS

Responsibilities

  • Perform MOHS surgery with a high volume of cases (approximately 10–12 cases daily)
  • Manage general dermatology patients (approximately 30–40 patients daily) if working full-time
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain high clinical standards

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible MOHS surgeon
  • Completion of MOHS fellowship preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
  • Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
  • Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on a percentage of collections (45%–49%), commensurate with experience
  • Same compensation percentage applies if performing both general dermatology and MOHS

Additional Information
