A well-established, high-volume solo surgeon practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon to join a thriving, fully self-pay practice. This AAAHC-accredited, office-based surgery center has a strong regional reputation, with patients traveling from multiple states for care. Expansion into an additional metropolitan market is underway, creating an exceptional growth opportunity for the incoming surgeon.This position offers immediate patient demand, a supportive clinical environment, and a clear path to partnership.

Scope of Practice: Facial Procedures Include:Facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, brow lift, lip lift, facial implants, forehead reduction, liposuction, Renuvion, injectables, skin resurfacing, AFT, PRP treatments, Instalift Body Procedures Include:Liposuction, high-definition and VASER liposculpting, abdominoplasty and lipoabdominoplasty, breast augmentation (including TUBA/TUSBA), mastopexy, breast reduction, gynecomastia surgery, brachioplasty, thigh lift, upper and lower body lift, BBL (ultrasound-guided), surgical buttock lift, labiaplasty, mons plasty, sexual rejuvenation, PRP treatments MedSpa Services:Injectables and laser treatments

Compensation & Opportunity

• Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 with productivity-based bonuses
• Realistic earning potential of $500,000–$600,000+ annually

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an AACS-accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship or an accredited Plastic Surgery Residency (cosmetic fellowship preferred)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in one of the following:
• American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS)
• American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS)
• American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Strong surgical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
