A highly respected contractor in Fort Worth is expanding their footprint in the region and they’re looking to add a Business Developer to their team. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and helping secure complex, large-scale projects. If you thrive on connection, strategy, and seeing your efforts translate into tangible builds, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive business development efforts  

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan

  • Generate new client relationships and maintain existing ones

  • Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients

  • Work closely with leadership to meet growth goals

  • Travel throughout the region to build relationships and close deals

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or outside sales in commercial or industrial construction

  • Strong understanding of construction

  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closure

  • Experience working with general contractors, owners, and developers

  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage a full sales cycle

  • Existing client network is a plus
