Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Riverside, CA (Hybrid / In-Office / Remote within California)

The Opportunity

Law Firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 1–6 years of experience to join its litigation team. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and direct partner interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of civil litigation experience as a practicing attorney
• JD from a Top 50 law school
• California Bar admission (active and in good standing)
• Demonstrated stability in prior roles (minimal to no firm movement)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners
• Professional, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
