We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end, luxury custom homes. This position is best suited for a true builder—someone who thrives in the field, understands the details of construction, and can confidently manage sophisticated clients while maintaining control of budget, schedule, and craftsmanship.
This is a hands-on leadership role, with an estimated 70% of time spent on-site and the balance focused on planning, coordination, and administrative oversight.
Lead luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final turnover
Serve as the main liaison between homeowners, architects, designers, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and change orders
Provide strong on-site leadership to subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure exceptional quality standards, safety compliance, and attention to detail
Anticipate challenges and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with local trades and vendors
Balance field supervision with office responsibilities such as reporting, documentation, and scheduling
Utilize Buildertrend or comparable project management software to track progress and communication
10+ years of experience building high-end or luxury custom homes
Polished, professional demeanor with strong client-facing communication skills
Demonstrated success managing budgets, costs, and schedules
Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
Established network of reliable local subcontractors and suppliers
Comfortable transitioning between the jobsite and office environment
Experience with Buildertrend or similar platforms preferred
