I’m currently partnering with a rapidly growing Agricultural Construction company that is expanding its portfolio and taking on larger, more complex builds. They’re looking to add a talented Remote Project Manager to their team who can confidently oversee projects valued at $15M and above.
This organization is well-established in the agricultural construction space and is experiencing strong growth as they secure larger and more diverse projects. Their team is known for quality, integrity, and delivering results on time and within budget. With an expanding pipeline, they are investing in leadership talent to support continued success.
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects—from pre-construction planning through completion. This individual will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This is a remote role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams and leadership.
Lead and manage construction projects valued at $15M+
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder alignment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $15M or more
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in agricultural construction strongly preferred
Experience in commercial or industrial construction will also be considered
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Base salary range: $110,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
