Provide agronomic recommendations on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and crop planning
Conduct field scouting and identify crop health issues
Create customized crop input programs to maximize yield and profitability
Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
Stay current on agronomy trends, products, and technology
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Business, or related field preferred
2–3 years of agronomy or ag sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
$65,000 – $85,000 DOE
