I’m partnered with a well-known firm that is looking to add a Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities.

Background Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience 
• Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in FL
