The Practice

The firm handles a broad range of civil defense matters, including:

• General liability

• Premises liability

You’ll manage cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Depositions (plaintiffs, experts, corporate reps)

• Dispositive motion practice

• Discovery strategy

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
