Estimator — Commercial Interiors (Confidential Opportunity)
A reputable and growing commercial interiors contractor is seeking a motivated Estimator (2–5 years’ experience) to support preconstruction on complex interior build-outs and renovations. Projects span corporate offices, healthcare facilities, life sciences spaces, higher education, and other commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for tenant improvements and renovations
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for scope accuracy
Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor proposals
Prepare trade scopes and assemble bid packages
Identify scope gaps, constructability issues, and cost risks early
Support value engineering and cost optimization strategies
Maintain current pricing data and historical cost benchmarks
Collaborate with PMs, field leaders, architects, engineers, and clients during preconstruction
Assist with schedule input and key milestone planning
Qualifications
2–5 years of commercial construction estimating experience (interiors preferred)
Exposure to corporate, healthcare, life sciences, or institutional projects is a plus
Strong ability to interpret construction documents and interior systems
Proficiency in estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Established interiors contractor with consistent pipeline of work
