A thriving, physician-led dermatology group is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant with 2+ years of dedicated dermatology experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a PA who loves medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology and wants to join a high-volume, patient-centered team with strong clinical support and autonomy.

About the Role As an experienced Dermatology PA, you will play a major role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions. You’ll work closely with board-certified dermatologists while independently running your own schedule and performing advanced dermatologic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat all general dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, infections, hair/scalp disorders, etc.)
• Perform dermatologic procedures including:
• Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies
• Cryotherapy and electrodessication
• Simple excisions and wound management
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services based on experience (neurotoxin injections, fillers, microneedling, lasers, peels)
• Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-ups, and longitudinal care of chronic conditions
• Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and skincare maintenance
• Ensure accurate and timely charting within EMR
• Work closely with physicians, MAs, and clinical support staff to deliver seamless patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dermatology PA (required)
• Strong competency in dermatologic procedures and evidence-based clinical care
• Proven ability to manage an independent patient panel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for dermatology, patient education, and continual learning
