Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Type: Full-Time (34–36 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday's OFF!)

Compensation: $46–$52/hour (DOE) + Sign-On Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus

Start Date: Immediate Hire

About the Opportunity

A growing, well-established family-focused dental practice in south-central Minnesota is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to its team! This practice prides itself on a supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on patient care and work-life balance!

With a consistent schedule and Fridays off, this opportunity is ideal for a hygienist seeking stability, strong compensation, and a positive office culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings and periodontal maintenance

  • Take digital X-rays and assist in diagnosing oral health conditions

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain prior to start

  • Strong patient communication skills

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • New graduates encouraged to apply; experience welcomed

Compensation & Benefits

  • $46–$52/hour depending on experience

  • Sign-on bonus available
