Probate Paralegal| Boca Raton, FL (In-Office)

A well-established and respected law firm in Broward is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to support its active practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling both probate administration and contested civil matters in a collaborative, fully in-office environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive support on probate administration and probate litigation matters
• Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, and discovery
• Prepare probate filings, coordinate with courts, and track statutory deadlines
• Manage case calendars, organize files, and maintain litigation deadlines
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and court logistics
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist attorneys with trial and evidentiary hearing preparation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in probate and/or civil litigation
• Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and civil court filing requirements
• Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys
• Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
