We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and design team in a manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee new product development, improve existing product lines, and serve as a technical resource for R&D.
**Relocation to PA required**
Responsibilities:
Lead engineering and design projects for new and existing products
Mentor and develop engineering staff
Oversee prototyping, testing, and component evaluation
Support sales and customer teams with technical expertise
Manage engineering budgets and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
8+ years engineering experience in manufacturing
Leadership experience required
Knowledge of HVAC or mechanical systems a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Travel as needed
