We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial projects across multiple locations nationwide. This role is responsible for on-site leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong field experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and project teams in fast-paced environments.
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera P6 preferred)
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with large-scale commercial projects (e.g., healthcare, data centers, retail, or industrial)
Background in Design-Build or EPC project delivery
Familiarity with scheduling and basic CPM principles
