We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Collections Attorney to join our growing practice in Akron. This position offers the opportunity to work directly alongside a senior partner who serves as special counsel for collections for multiple municipalities and governement entities in the Akron area. The ideal candidate will be interested in collections, creditor's rights and bankruptcy law and eager to develop hands-on experience.

About The Role

As a Collections Attorney, you will:

  • Work closely with a partner serving as special counsel to collect debts due and owing to local government entities.
  • Assist with litigation and administrative proceedings involving collection law matters.
  • Perfrom skip tracing and garnishments

This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful courtroom experience while working directly with experienced municipal counsel.
