A top-tier, full-service general contractor is looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager in El Paso as part of their long-term investment in developing their next generation of Project Managers.
This is not a back-office role. You will be working and learning with experienced leaders on complex, high-profile projects, gaining exposure across all phases of construction while building the foundation to step into a Project Manager role.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward
Assisting with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and coordination across teams
Contributing to jobsite performance, ensuring safety, quality, and execution standards are met
What they’re looking for:
4+ years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to structural or commercial work
Strong communication and organizational skills
Someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager and take on more responsibility over time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
