Key Responsibilities

• Lead market strategy and revenue growth (loans, deposits, fees)
• Originate and manage commercial loan portfolio
• Drive new business development and client relationships
• Oversee credit quality and risk management
• Lead and develop lending team
• Maintain strong community and business engagement

Qualifications

• 8+ years banking experience (commercial lending required)
• Proven portfolio growth and business development success
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills
• Leadership and team management experience
