Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale multifamily or healthcare construction projects ($30M+). This individual will play a key role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ground-up projects valued at $30M+
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial construction
• Background in multifamily or healthcare projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
