 Real Estate Associate Attorney - This position will focus specifically on lender-side representation.

Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for shaping the future of real estate? My client, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Drafting loan documents 
• Managing and coordinating loan closing checklists and review of due diligence
• Interfacing with clients
• Coordinating with paralegals and/or junior attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience for a position in the firm’s real estate and lending practice.
• The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in all phases of complex commercial real estate lending transactions and providing support to shareholders managing such transactions.
