Associate Attorney (0–3+ Years)

Location: Hybrid

A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team, with a primary focus on insurance defense and employment law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build a strong foundation in litigation while working closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse and active caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Support and participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Contribute to case strategy and day-to-day case management

Qualifications:

• 0–3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or employment law exposure is a plus, but not required)
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active California Bar admission required (or pending for recent graduates)
