REMOTE Senior Freight Broker / Sales Executive (Remote – U.S.)

$60K – $130K Base + Aggressive Commissions
Top Producers Only | Individual Contributor Role

We’re seeking a high-level Freight Broker or Logistics Sales Executive who has built a book of business, understands margins, and consistently delivers results.

If you can show us your numbers, we’ll make sure you’re paid accordingly.


What You Bring

  • Documented track record of success, including:
    • Annual revenue production
    • Gross margin performance
    • Book of business size
    • Customer retention & growth
  • 5+ years in freight brokerage / logistics sales
  • A transferable, active book of business
  • Deep experience across:
    • FTL / LTL
    • Flatbed & Heavy Haul
    • Expedited / time-sensitive freight
    • (Bonus) International / Air / Ocean
  • Strong carrier relationships and network
  • Ability to close deals, manage freight, and solve problems quickly

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow your book of business
  • Drive new revenue through high-level sales execution
  • Manage freight from pricing to delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Handle issues proactively — because that’s what professionals do

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $130,000 (DOE)
