Quality Control Manager / Site Superintendent – Federal Projects

Location: Southern California

Seeking an experienced QC Manager / Site Superintendent to oversee Contractor Quality Control and site safety on Federal construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all CQC activities and maintain Quality Control Plans

  • Conduct daily site inspections and safety reports

  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, EM 385-1-1, and OSHA standards

  • Coordinate with USACE/NAVFAC clients and project stakeholders

  • Maintain safety documentation (APPs, AHAs, crane/rigging plans, SDS, daily logs)

Qualifications

  • Active USACE CQM for Contractors certification

  • 5+ years as a QC Manager and/or Superintendent; 10+ years total construction experience

  • Proven USACE and NAVFAC project experience

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions?
