Trust & Estates Attorney (4–7+ Years Experience) - Chicago (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on advanced estate and tax strategies

• Draft and implement complex estate plans, including irrevocable trusts and tax-efficient structures

• Handle business succession planning and entity structuring (LLCs, LPs)

• Guide estate and trust administration matters

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• J.D. and Illinois Bar admission

• 4–7+ years of experience in trust & estates, tax, or private client work

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred: LL.M. (Tax), CPA, CFP, or MBA
