I’m partnered with a premier, growth-focused firm seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice.
This is a strategic hire for a team handling sophisticated transactions for market-leading and innovative companies. The ideal attorney will have strong venture capital and M&A experience and be ready to take ownership of deals while mentoring junior associates.
What you’ll lead and manage:
This role offers meaningful client contact, deal leadership responsibility, and exposure to innovative growth companies across multiple industries. Life sciences experience is a plus, but not required.
Ideal Profile:
The firm is known for its collegial culture, high-level transactional work, and a model that allows attorneys to do sophisticated deals.
