Construction Superintendent

A well‑established local General Contractor is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to support a strong and growing backlog of work. This company is known for taking on unique, challenging projects that most GCs don’t pursue, offering long‑term stability and hands‑on field leadership opportunities.

Project Types Include

• Clean room environments
• Luxury residential construction
• Specialized commercial and industrial builds

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys problem‑solving in the field, thinking creatively, and taking ownership of projects that don’t always follow a standard playbook. Strong carpentry skills are essential, as many projects require hands‑on knowledge and practical, on‑site solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
• Maintain schedules, quality control, and project budgets
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel
• Hands‑on approach with solid carpentry skills
• Degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
