We are conducting a confidential search for a Production Supervisor with a well-established, locally owned food manufacturing company known for its high-quality products, strong team culture, and commitment to excellence. The Production Supervisor will lead and support a highly trained team while overseeing day-to-day operations for the assigned shift. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, safety, quality, and team performance, while working cross-functionally with other departments to meet facility goals.

Schedule (Two Opportunities)

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and success
• Ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the assigned shift
• Collaborate with other departments and shift leaders to meet operational goals
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with Maintenance as needed
• Communicate shift performance, production updates, and challenges to leadership
• Support planning efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Highly motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and support production operations
• Experience with data management systems and production reporting
• Solid understanding of GMPs and food safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a leadership mindset
