Job Description

Position Summary:

Our Client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales in the southeastern region (FL,GA,SC,NC,AL,MS,LA) Must live within the region . This region is a well-established territory with strong potential for growth.

In this role, you will work with existing customers, foster strong relationships, and increase sales. You will work with an exceptional team of motivated professionals who work well together in a fun, team environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Establish positive working relationships with customers, brokers, and distributor coordinators to become a trusted point of contact.
  • Communicate with customers clearly, frequently, and professionally to ensure high retention.
  • Provide customized solutions to long-term customers, demonstrating convenience and value.
  • Manage local brokers and ensure that our products are always top of mind.
  • Support and work at K12 industry food events.
  • Leverage key sales metrics and internally provided data to drive customer solutions.

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of food sales/food service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • K12 experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 60% Travel Required – 25 -30 weeks per year: 2-3 days per week
