Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm in the St. Louis market is seeking a Business Law Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join their team. This opportunity offers a mix of transactional work, litigation, or a hybrid of both, depending on your background and interests.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a variety of business law matters, including contracts, transactions, and/or commercial disputes
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
• Represent clients in litigation (if applicable)
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal guidance

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of experience in business law (transactional, litigation, or both)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively
• Missouri bar admission required (or ability to waive in)
