Position Responsibilities:- Process AIA billing for construction projects- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing submissions- Collaborate with project managers and accounting team- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies
Position Essential Job Functions:- 2-5 years of experience in AIA billing with a construction company- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:- Salary: $60,000-$70,000- Excellent benefits, including 100% of health insurance premium paid by company- 120 hours of PTO
