A highly regarded, AV-rated litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully in-office role. This firm offers a low-volume, high-quality practice, allowing attorneys to take true ownership of their cases and focus on delivering exceptional results.

💼 The Role:

• Handle all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take/defend depositions
• Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with a skilled trial team

✅ Ideal Background:

• 5–15 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
• Trial experience or meaningful trial support preferred
