Job Description

I'm seeking a 3 + Years of Experience Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Charlottesville, Va. It's a plaintiff firm, but the candidate can come from plaintiff or defense side.

• 3 + Years of Experience Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (must have)
• The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters for Personal Injury matters.
• Trial prep experience. (must have)
• Prepare documents for filing in federal and state court.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients.
• Assist in the preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations.
• Attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• The position is in office 4 days a week and then 1 day from home once probation period is over.
