$125K – $160K Base + Annual Bonus

We’re not looking for someone who has simply managed transportation.
We’re looking for someone who has produced, sold, negotiated, and built within Transportation and freight brokerage—and can now lead from the front.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Full ownership of P&L performance for transportation and brokerage operations
  • Leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing team
  • Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Building and executing strategic transportation and brokerage initiatives
  • Managing carrier procurement and rate negotiations
  • Strengthening customer and carrier partnerships
  • Ensuring full compliance with FMCSA and regulatory standards
  • Establishing and improving processes, SOPs, and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with sales and customer teams to win and retain business

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • 10+ years in transportation/logistics
  • Strong freight brokerage background with proven sales success
    (Not just overseeing sales — you’ve personally produced and closed business)
  • 8+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience negotiating carrier rates at a high level
  • Hands-on experience with TMS systems
  • Warehouse management experience/Warehouse experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to own a P&L

  • A track record of revenue production in brokerage
  • Experience building or scaling a brokerage operation
  • Ability to balance sales, operations, and leadership
  • Someone who leads with accountability and execution—not theory
