A highly reputable General Contractor is pursuing a Civil Superintendent for immediate hire. The candidate should have diverse heavy civil construction experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
• Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• The ideal candidate will have heavy civil experience. Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading and excavation.
• Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
