Offset Press Operator / Web Press Operator – Commercial Printing
Full-Time | Greater Milwaukee Area

Commercial Press Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate offset or web printing presses
• Maintain color accuracy and print quality standards
• Troubleshoot and adjust press settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure efficient production
• Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines

Commercial Press Operator Qualifications:

• Experience with offset (sheetfed or web) or web press equipment
• Strong understanding of print production and color management
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency

Commercial Press Operator Compensation:

• $25 – $35+/hour depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities available
• Shift premiums offered for off-shift schedules
