Commercial Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Organize and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred, not required)
• 5+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in commercial projects
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
