Commercial Senior Mechanical Project Manager

This is a great opportunity to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget while applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from conception to completion

• Estimate new work and change orders

• Work independently and follow company procedures

• Adapt to changing demands and deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

• 10+ years of construction or mechanical project experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software

• Ability to travel up to 50%

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong communication

• Adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills
