Job Description

A well-established, family-owned farm operation in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dependable, hands-on Farm Hand to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking ownership of day-to-day farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of farm equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvest equipment
• Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop production activities
• Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on equipment
• Support grain handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeep
• Assist with general farm duties as needed, depending on season and workload

Qualifications:

• Ag bacPrior experience operating farm equipment
• Basic mechanical skills (ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on farm equipment)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
