A well-established and growing dermatology practice in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with strong support, a loyal patient base, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Position Overview: We are seeking a provider with 3+ years of dermatology experience, primarily in general/medical dermatology, with some exposure to cosmetic treatments as a plus. The ideal candidate is confident managing a full patient schedule and committed to providing exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, etc.)
• Perform full skin exams, biopsies, and minor in-office procedures
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education on skin health, prevention, and treatment options
• Perform cosmetic procedures (neuromodulators, fillers, etc.) as applicable
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active NP or PA license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of dermatology experience required (general/medical dermatology)
• Some cosmetic dermatology experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supervising physician
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
