A leading heavy civil contractor in the Southeast is hiring Field Engineers to support large-scale highway and bridge projects. You will not be stuck behind a desk. You will be out in the field, gaining real experience, working alongside strong teams, and building a career on major infrastructure work.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting field operations on highway and bridge projects
• Working directly with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Handling RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Tracking progress, quantities, and daily production
• Learning how projects are actually built from the ground up

What They Are Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in heavy civil or construction
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred
• Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
• Willingness to be in the field and travel as needed
