We’re looking for a driven, field-savvy Commercial Construction Superintendent who thrives on turning plans into reality. What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you’ll be the heartbeat of our job sites—coordinating people, processes, and performance from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (office, retail, healthcare, industrial, etc.)
- Drive project schedules, ensuring milestones are met or exceeded
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain seamless workflow
- Enforce safety standards and cultivate a zero-incident jobsite culture
- Maintain quality control and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and codes
- Partner closely with Project Managers to manage budgets and timelines
- Proactively identify and solve field challenges before they impact progress
- Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple trades on active job sites
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project documents
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A leadership style that earns respect and drives accountability
