A General Contractor in LA is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects. This search is confidential due to ongoing growth and secured project backlog.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a variety of market sectors throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Position Overview

• Full lifecycle project management from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversight of budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Leadership of internal project teams, and subcontractors
• Direct coordination with ownership, clients, and stakeholders, and project managers
• Accountability for safety, quality, and financial performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Must have diverse construction ground-up experience
• Prefers someone who has been with a company for 5+ years
• Must be local with no job hopping
• Experience working in a structured, corporate construction environment
