💼 About the Role

A respected, mid-sized civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (5–7 years experience) to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for a legal professional who wants meaningful case ownership while working in a collaborative and respectful environment.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Oversee case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

✅ What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required).
• 5–7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Admission to NH and/or RI bars is a plus.
