A well-established, privately owned agricultural and construction operation is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support a variety of field and site development projects. This is a hands-on role working with a range of modern equipment in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Eastern Shore; Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and tractors
• Perform grading, excavation, land clearing, and material handling
• Assist with site preparation and agricultural-related projects
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (construction and/or agriculture)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license required
• Class A CDL
• Must pass a background check/drug screening
