We’re partnering with a growing, well-established company in the feed and grain industry that combines strong market presence with a close-knit, family-oriented culture. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from concept through completion across feed mills and grain elevator facilities. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full project scopes including plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage resource allocation and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Travel to project sites (approximately 40%, including overnight stays)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  OR 5+ years of experience in the feed mill or grain elevator industry
• Proven project management experience in industrial or agricultural environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Must relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth or Oklahoma City

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time, Salaried Position with total compensation of $100,000 – $140,000
