✨ What You’ll Do
📂 Manage your own files with autonomy and guidance from senior counsel 🔍 Analyze claims, craft strategy, and execute on defense plans 📝 Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery ⚖️ Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, negotiate settlements 🏛️ Assist with—and even lead—trials 🤝 Collaborate with clients and colleagues across multiple offices
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar (required) ✔️ 3+ years of civil litigation experience ✔️ Prior defense litigation experience strongly preferred ✔️ Strong written and verbal advocacy skills ✔️ Motivated, organized, and team-oriented ✔️ A long-term mindset and desire to grow within the firm
