We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructure projects that support sustainable communities, with clear paths to advancement, leadership, and potential partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support water and wastewater systems (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, distribution/collection)
- Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and system analysis
- Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
- Coordinate with internal civil, environmental, and related teams
- Support or lead project management (budgets, schedules) based on experience
- Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to proposals and business development efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 2–10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with treatment design, hydraulic modeling, or utilities preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or modeling tools (WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWorks)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in technical leadership or project management growth
